got new hard disk , formatted , partitioned it. made os installer in usb. getting below error when installing

"this copy of install os x ei capitan application can't verified. may have been corrupted "

read tech notes set date. did well. going through till "about second remaining" , getting above error message after 20 min. tried following options

1) while booting hold option key - did not work. same error
2) while booting command + option + p + r did not work either.

using macbook pro mid 2010.

suggestion or on install os on new hard drive?
 

try disabling wi-fi during installation. think that's problem 1 second remaining bug.
