ALT Tab for a new user


hello,

trying mac first time company assigned macbook pro. switching between windows using shortcuts little confusing me , hope can help. have no issues cmd + tab cycle apps , cmd + ` cycle windows within app apps in fullscreen seem disappear. can them using dock takes hands away keyboard , prefer keyboard shortcuts if possible. don't see anyway change in system perfs may have missed.
