help, ipad 2 big gray bars and distorted screen.


so dont know if dropped ipad or not, know didnt. came home , this. tried slapping in didnt work. screen not cracked , touch works. wondering if supposed buy new screen , digitizer or if not fixable? please if knows should please let me know. :'(
