moving back from Android - confused.. need help

got 6s plus,
, just need crucial tips on now:

i had apple id 3 years ago, switched android , forgot it.

so, now, what's next few steps activate old id , email?

i don't want of old apple stuff, fresh "move ios" android.

should make new fresh id?

can without itunes?


little confused , eager activate!

you don't need apple id. don't need new apple id. can skip apple id part when setting new phone up.

said, if want download apps need apple id. otherwise can use phone phone.

if decide use apple id can use old 1 (if apple has not closed it). using old apple id not of sudden cause old data appear on phone. restore icloud backup, purposely initiated you, cause that.

new backups icloud under old apple id contain new info.

it's how want use device - don't need of activate it.
