Need help on a NoteTaking App...feature list


hello all,

work flow this:

basic note during meeting: notebooks http://www.notebooksapp.com/
basic note during meeting + digital handouts or pdf files: outline http://outline.ws/mac

items have used in past:
evernote - still use personal stuff, lack of todo makes impossible me use day day work application. love fact can on device.

circus ponies notebook http://www.circusponies.com/
lack of iphone app kills me.


here running issues.

outline not have following:
todo list or iphone app
handles notes , attachments beautifully, execption of being able search attachments evernote does.

notebooks not have following:
inserting attachments. not there, have link them.
not functionality ok. markup, doesn't handle or operate nice outline

use evernote, not implementation of todo lists or lack of (yes know there). notebooks has part down , works , use quite bit. evernote handles attachments better outline, given searches through them.

have emailed folks @ outline, creating iphone version working on has been year or year.

things looking for, , know product might not exist, why asking.

- integrated todo / tasks simple due date
- handle attachments, embed attachment not link it.
- work dropbox or other cloud service
- iphone client not read only, needs able update notes/tasks etc.

don't mind paying product not want monthly subscription service use software.

current work flow this:
depending on need type of notes open 1 of programs above. notebooks. if there todo/task, if not in notebooks, go notebooks , enter in info. jump in out of 2 programs based on note taking needs. becomes confusing @ times, because have remember note taking app in take said notes! love stay in 1 application... amount of notes , literature/documents/handouts tag, read, , use on daily basis, need 1 spot keep all.

Subler - What is "Fix Audio Fallbacks"?
