Safari Won't Show Current Site On iOS 9


i pushed changes site via ftp 5 days ago. changes visible on chrome ios, desktop, etc., still not showing in safari app on iphone. i've cleared cookies , history, closed , reopened safari, rebooted, etc. nothing fixed it. tried trick of changing date couple of days ahead, clearing cache , changing date back, didn't help. suggestions?
