Otterbox defender iPhone 6S Plus


i received otterbox defender new iphone 6s plus , have i'm little disappointed screen gap issue. it's evident , results in tapping noise every time touch screen. i've put glass screen protector underneath hasn't offset screen gap.

i've emailed otterbox , have been kind enough offer send me replacement inner shell i'm not sure how help.

overall protection excellent though.

post once try replacement.
 

if use glass sp, why not remove built in one? glass far superior
