Another PS4 and Airport Extreme Question

i've followed steps here: http://forums.macrumors.com/threads/best-airport-extreme-settings-for-a-ps4.1951490/

no go.

ps4 getting 1/2 speed of internet connection, wether it's wired or wireless. else in house fine.

son's ps4 hardwired, , i'm assigning static ip based upon it's mac address, 10.0.1.202, outside range of dhcp assignable addresses. have confirmed ps4 getting correct address.

take address , have in default host, should allow 100% exposed makes no difference. have tried port forwarding no go. port forwarding , default host no go.

plugged ps4 modem directly , full speed, i'm assuming it's apple router settings.

network has hard wired connections going pair cisco sr224 unmanaged switches (everything else plugged in gets full speed) going extreme router.

i've bumped connection timewarner 35mps , every other device can 26 36 on speed tests, ps4 gets 12-16. upload speeds on devices 6+ mbps , on ps4 it's 2-3mbps.

when had 15mbps 6-8 down.

i'm guessing ps4 issue latest firmware/software net full of people complaining thought i'd ask here.

or insight can provide!!

@bahamallama verify experiencing significant speed drop. if using built in speed testing tools on playstation run risk of wonky results. try using known reliable speed testing program speedtest.net playstation's browser , comparing results computer , other clients.
