iPP or rMB as Consumption/Entertainment Device


i purchased rmb 1.2 w/ 512gb ssd use personal entertainment device. love laptop. has been great moment opened it. however, christmas purchased son ipad air 2. in fooling around air 2 today, started making me second guess decision go rmb , here's why:

1) uses rmb have been strictly web browsing, viewing articles, youtube, netflix, amazon prime, using torrents make digital copies of of bluray movies own viewing on go, airplaying mp4 , mkv videos atv 4 w/ air video hd, , light excel/word use. of doable on ipp, , in brief experience air 2 today, seems more immersive.

2) playing w/ air 2 reminded me of how convenient ipads pick , play devices. being able pick , use in many positions convenient. because it's screen can use closer face rmb. seems better couch potato device.

3) paid $1419 rmb. if got ipp, lte model $1079 , cheap smart case off amazon don't need kb or pencil. in save money.

4) better ability play games on ipp

have windows laptop company provides me work, personal device strictly entertainment. other devices iphone 5s , apple tv 4. i'm torn on do. feel ipp better, more immersive entertainment device. however, love flexibility of rmb , ability real work if ever changes in usage needs. in situation?

all 4 points presented arguing ipp. think knew 1 better yourself. looking assurances. yes, absolutely agree since ipp gets lot more uses mba too.
