Navigation direction sound output on apple watch speaker?


i know native ios map app vibrates on apple watch provide turn turn navigation, 1 know if there other apps or how apple watch voice output on watch during turn turn navigation? since there's speaker built-in on watch why don't use provide turn turn navigation when you're driving , both of hands on wheel instead of iphone speaker. possible @ hear spoken navigation directions coming apple watch itself?
 

apart silent taps , "ding-dong" , "dong-ding" sounds* makes now? nope. not yet, @ least.

it's better use sound output phone anyway since (a) it's louder, if connect car stereo, , (b) can charge phone car, phone won't die keeps accessing maps , siri data , voice feedback.

(*) why "ding-dong" , "dong-ding"? think of piano -- low notes left, high notes right. so, "ding-dong" sounds it's moving "down" piano keyboard left -- left turn -- , "dong-ding" moves "up" keyboard right -- right turn.
