Syncing with iTunes


have ipod nano used media source in car. how can wipe ipod clean , resync selected songs & pl’s? using latest ver of it. pod 4 yrs old.
 

in itunes, there's going icons below play controls this:

1 on far right ipod. click , it'll take summary page.

want click restore ipod... button on right.

, go music tab , select selected playlists, artists, albums, , genres option. it'll give list of in library can check off sync.
