System Preferences freeze


os x 10.11.1 beta (15b30a)

whenever open 'network preferences' freezes , doesn't display (see screenshot). have no issues wifi connectivity however, can connect known , new networks, can't access preferences.
in order access other preferences need force quit "com.apple.preference.network.remoteservice" in activity monitor.

have idea how solve this?
(rebooting mac doesn't solve issue.)
