The Music app (in my opinion) is pretty lame.....


i don't understand lack of functionality music app on apple tv 4. seems me since have home sharing on mac mini, music have in library should pop in music app instead of having go through computers, music, etc. it's itunes library why shouldn't there , why can't (eventually) siri search it? itunes match fixes?

(also find odd itunes has open on mac mini in order home sharing work. noticed on atv quit itunes, library disappeared view.)
 

home sharing sharing on computers drive? so, don't follow why don't think having on necessary? computer becomes server , serves files via apple tv. if in cloud i'd agree you, of stuff have local , not in cloud nor want in cloud. can stream and/or down music or movies purchased apple without computer being on, because in cloud.
