Running Windows 10 on a USB drive/flash drive?


hello,

picking imac 5k week , experiment having windows 10 or 7 bootcamp option. absolutely have installed on drive or can install on usb flash drive or usb hard drive? reason being have 512 gb drive , don't want partition drive space needed.

help.
 

first, windows 7 not run on new imac 5k using boot camp run vm. windows 10, ok. windows in general not run external drive or usb flash drive without hack. that's because of microsoft anti-piracy policy.
