Help with a super simple program


i have no programming experience wondering how can create simple app.

want able input 3 variable called:
ste
qtc
rav4
, put them in formula reveal number:
(1.196 x ste) + (0.059 x qtc) - (0.326 x rav4)

simple way this? use formula on regular basis , nice if input numbers excel file made
 

you need 4 textfields + 1 button calculate
connect them controller using ctrl + drag (4 outlets & 1 action)
action perform calculation using text of first 3 textfields should convert double
result fill text property of last textfield
