OS X & iCloud user account


i signed out of services (icloud, messages, facetime, etc) icloud account no longer needed or have use for. signed in new 1 , reformatted system while after. old apple id not used on phone or etc.

problem on new install still bugs old apple id , there not seem way remove it?

not signed in @ all, default username in icloud accounts ie; system preferences icloud account or messages. etc.
 

first i'd try signing in @ appleid.apple.com old account , making sure no devices associated account. idea remove email addresses you've associated account, also.
