I seem to have two photo libraries - can I delete one?

both in pictures folder - , large. 1 ' photos ' , 1 older ' iphotos ' ( saying " migrated " ). need them both? can delete " iphoto " one?

on mbp running el capitain os.
 

yes, if sure migration went expected , don't use iphoto anymore.
