iTunes missing check boxes for back up?


hello. had update itunes support 6s. have 12.3.0.44 now. when plug in 6s "back up" seems little different older version of itunes. im 99% positive in old itunes, if phone plugged in, went "info" had way more options of things wanted itunes, more "check boxes" if will. 2 things i'm no longer seeing "notes" , "voice memos", don't see option click boxes notes , voice memos , i'm positive had options before. im worried i'm not backing want backed up. missing something? on phone backed automatically? did start backing contacts , calendars via icloud, totally new me , makes me nervous, didn't notes or voice memos in icloud.





second questions "syncing". in past click "sync" @ bottom right corner of itunes page nest % bar , when done "back up". talked briefly phone support when called different issue. phone support told me reason need "sync" if had in itunes wanted on phone, maybe movies, music, stuff that? true? record have nothing in itunes, true don't have bother "sync" function?
