Block Cookies = No iTunes


for past several months itunes (specifically "for you", "radio" , other apps within itunes. 12.3.1.23) not work if have block cookies selected in safari (9.0.1). can demonstrate allowing cookies while music playing. if go safari, , change block, music stops or song playing finish problem appears. in addition, error when trying access , stations disappear within radio. music unaffected.

ideas?
 

also, if clear cookies while i'm listening music, current song continue playing. once it's done, error appears. have shut down itunes, reopen , log in.
