Mac cannot read MS DOS external hard drive


hi everyone,

i'm newbie here , in mac world,
please tell me if not right forum post it.

haven't found other thread issue please tell me if missed it.

have macbook pro retina 13", , updated el capitan morning.
have 4tb isy external drive has been formatted , partitioned ms-dos.
contains files.

when switch on hd error message (see attachment 1, in italian, should understandable):

"the connected disk not readable computer"

ignore message , open disk utility, see in attachment 2.
can see not possible activate disk.
tried sos option , final log says (attachment 3, lines 5-6):

"some issues map of partitions have been identified, might prevent (disk) launch"

have no idea of how proceed in order able read , write disk new mac,
, thank in advance :)

this wd disk must have been formatted ntfs , not ms dos (fat or exfat). did change format , did use partition drive? answer us. message you're getting sounds drive still formatted ntfs in 3 partitions. if drive still formatted ntfs won't able write without special software.
