iPad Pro poor customer service at Apple Store Perth


well got myself new ipad pro other week , found had faulty headphone socket. purchased pro fly lot , wanted large screen watch movies on planes. went apple store in perth replaced told going 5 business days holiday period. people @ apple wouldn't talk about. swapping colours change model type , void warrinty. how dose changing colours of ipad change warrinty?
problem 5 business days doesn't make time next flight. apple makes money yet can't replace new ipad on spot

i have did return, , went store , repurchased. sorry had genuine issue , treated way, there people exchanging ipads multiple times...3-6 times , don't kind of treatment. never heard color story either, difference make, getting ipad, unless doing repair. make sense 5 day thing.

sure aren't repairing instead of replacement? think i'd return , go store!
