Issues with video streaming after update


hello all,

new forum , not sure how works...

ever since updating el capitan couple of days ago, non https:// secured websites run extremely slow me (including site).

biggest problem, though, none of browsers (safari, chrome, , firefox) load netflix, philo, or other video/movie streaming website. incredibly frustrating. i've tried couple of fixes found online, none of them applicable situation. when type in these web addresses, spinning blue circle slow, , page never loads. when (after 10 minutes...), can't click past log-in pages. *not* receive sort of error messages. pages don't load! advice appreciated!

update--i tried access both netfix , philo in safeboot , both work. mean?

Help please Strange logs
