Quick disappearing warning before login screen


upgraded yo el , part things going ok.

having trouble deleting files in finder (error -43 1 or more items cannot found) , read posts suggested using disk utility in recovery check/repair disks.

after doing that, restarted machine , before user login screen saw quick flash looked red box on black screen (might have had exclamation point in it) , read words 'warning computer' before disappeared.

have restarted few times , had phone set record video in case missed again, has not reappeared.

file deletion problem seems have been corrected , appears normal.

ideas or sound familiar one? haven't had luck googling it.
