Resolved Apple Mail (coloured flags) OS X 10.10.5 <-> 10.11.3


for sake of testing (with sip en/disabled) key back-up application, installed os x 10.11.3 (15d21) onto internal hdd. installation of both os , back-up application went flawless!

but!!! after rebooting os x 10.10.5 (still main os version) ran across issue apple mail (am) application. can't seem figure out why, after opening in os x 10.11.3 too, colour flagged emails still flagged, not showing in red/orange/green tags:

1. inbox os x 10.10.5 showing red/green flagged mails, no amounts red/green showing:

when selecting red flagged tag:

still syncing iphone goes well, don't know why colour of different flagged email in ios 9 orange. none of other colours show on iphone mail:

did os x, opening in os x 10.11.3, change behaviour in os x 10.10.5? troubleshooting far opening , hit "rebuild". directions appreciated!
