Seriously, MAC PRO is ill....


ok here's basics.

mac pro 2011
500gb
16gb
10.7.?

had issue mac 3 weeks ago when battery played up, because mac required power socket wrk, cable pulled out mistake , shut comp down, had corrupt files, had sort out disk warrior. lost access account , had set new account, , access files through folders, not good.

anyway comp has been betting slower , slower, it's point text delayed when type, when click on tabs other bulls**t offers pop instead, it's deffo got sort of virus.
safari keeps crashing , loads of other annoying things.

tried download sophos file gave me load of chinese style characters, got avast , tried put more crap on computer anything, positioned somewhere deep in computer , can't find , rid of it, god knows it's doing,, don't have broadband , using iphone tether , worried it's going suck , send info internet.

how rid of crap?
free software can not going try dump more crap on computer?
need quick fix please.

if haven't fixed battery issue, cpu may throttling.

chances don't have virus. if want clean install of osx, use recovery mode delete , clean install.
