Will I need to replace my whole screen?


so have dropped iphone 5c (it occurs quite me) , looked simple drop nothing happens need push screen bit , works perfectly. time after pushed screen started becoming red , screen became black. if press lock or home buttons gets bit brighter. can still hear people calling etc. seem work perfect inside i'm not able see what's happening. read somewhere in internet might connections going off should cheaper replacing screen, can case?
 

you can open , check connections between screen , board. simple , can find instructions on utube video.
