Help: Macbook Pro 13 inch 2012: some buttons don't work


my friend spilled little bit of wine on left top corner of keyboard of macbook pro 13 inch 2012. right keys 'esc', 'tab, 'caps lock', , ('alt' on bottom left) don't work anymore. weird because key under 'esc' , 'shift' key on left work fine... can fix or hardware inside keyboard?
 

it's hardware. need new keyboard, possibly more.
