Iphone 5s standby battery usage


hi all,

purchased iphone 5s. phone awesome. i'm worried battery life. have turned icloud off, background app refresh off, fewer notifications, email in manual fetch mode , every other possible settings battery life. have switched off wifi , cellular data before going sleep. next day saw 10% battery drain in 10 hours of sleep. standby time increased 10 hours while usage time remained same. normal?

how long ago did buy it? if in last week, i'd give 7 days or set up. stuff happening in background syncing , like, may use more battery during period of time.
