rMB Hard Drive with Apple Dock Problem


hi, want post issue have had rmb.

when plugg external western digital passport 3 tb hard drive apple official usb-c usb 3, , hard drive works fine.

problem when use apple three-in-one dock (hdmi, usb-c , usb) adaptater, , can´t work files has, hard drive ends disconnecting after while, every time try copy or move files.

tried apple official three-in-one dock , have had same problem.

of have problem too?

going on description of issue, suspect issue might it's drawing power, or hub isn't powered - along lines. when have apple three-in-one dock, problem persist when have mains power in?
