Settings animation bug (9.2 final - 9.3 beta)


hello, i'm marco , i'm here report bug noone have osserved in new releases.
bug affects every iphones since 9.2 firmware, no present in 9.1
it's cosmetic bug appear when tap voice in settings, example facebook, flickr battery, phone, messages , on. (not happens in wifi, blueetoth,notifications , first voices of settings)
first time tap voice, there not smooth slide new page, principal settings page moves or down little jump. transitions not smooth , can see every time enter first time menu. second time smooth it's enough close setting , open again see bug when tapping voice.
don't know if explanation understandable, me huge issue, because never have seen such similar behavior in previous build.
strange thing nobody seems report problem !!!
please, there way report bug ?
 

it part of hacky solution settings menu not being scrolled way when first opened. seems there's "position saving" feature hence delay, it's buggy since makes position jump bit.

there seems minimum scroll distance under won't re-save. example, click on page, click back, scroll few pixels. won't re-save , page open practically no delay result.

yeah. not "world-class engineering" i'd expect $300-billion company (neither icloud backup storage being corrupted , undeletable that's issue).

Resolved why bool value is not changed in dispatch

Help please Strange logs
