Slow wifi speeds on 6+


so having internet issues modem, , none of devices on 30mbps. fixed , around 90 now. when go speed test still on 6+, still @ 30mbps. tried far reseting network settings, restoring new phone, , doing hard reset. if 1 else have ideas great.
 

if you restored backup after restoring new did ever "forget network" wifi connection in question?
