iPhone Compass not working


hello,
i've had issue while on different devices. compass app not working , points time north. when reset iphone works fine restore backup stops working again seems software issue. happens on device same backup.

idea how solve without loosing backed data ?
 

just after posting found problem. "compass calibration" disabled in preferences > privacy > location services > system services
