Encrypted External Drive


i have issue encrypted external drive.

when try mount it, doesnt take password , keeps prompting me password.

know password correct because on first try, acts if accepts it.

have tried few terminal commands mount , far can tell, accepts password cant mount/ bring online drive.

else can come online or way recover data?
