iPad RESOLVED: Searching desperately for the "disappeared" App Store app?


hi there,

purchased in 2012 first ipad retina , upgraded 1 day ios7.4.1 - still happy , not want upgrade @ moment, preferring bugs , slowness.

problem:

if recall corretly, 1 day years ago app- application disappeared because of changement of licensing apple. there warning , disappeared, perhaps when upgrading ios6 7..

well, since did not purchase things in apple store, long time didn´t care.
now, want upgrade apps , purchase 1 or - , logically unable because there isn´t app store app no more.

regularly backups/sync on mbp (osx 10.8.5) , there aren´t old backups of ipad ios6 or app-store- application of time (used ipad not @ time).

own 2 iphones 5 still ios 7.4.1 on it.

questions are:

1) can app store-app somewhere without being obliged upgrade higher ios?
2) or new backup wipe ipad , restore ios 7 (both full functioning app-store application on them) of 1 of iphones content on on ipad? perhaps easy way do.

ideas?

the app store should there. perhaps got turned off in restrictions? if not , it's not there (not hidden in folder or that) isn't quite right. assuming not jailbroken (which can come own host of things) might want try resetting settings see if might bring back.
