iPad Pro iPad Pro noob


hi. been reading forum couple of weeks, trying weigh getting surface pro 4 or ipad pro.

not got tonnes of money, , wanted holy grail of laptop replacement , tablet in one. convinced end getting sp4. accepted wouldn't find system after £600-£700.

having read lots both devices , trying work out needs focus on:

- web browsing
- email
- small amount of ms office type stuff
- tv streaming (bbc, sky, bt sport etc)
- bit of gaming
- etc

went , had play both.

surprised @ how difficult found use touch screen on sp4. know buy cheapy bt keyboard , mouse if need defeated object. didn't pen either.

suspect i've got used using 3rd gen ipad (which has become sluggish ios 9) going difficult match.

had play on ipp, , felt @ home right away. 'pencil' felt great straight away.

therefore plumped ipp 32gb. £666 works discount....and got offer 12 months interest free....£55.50pm. £44 cashback, not bad

love have spent £120 on 128gb, rely on cloud , old desktop need to. i'd rather use money buy pencil. know lot of think wrong choice. of space on current ipad photos , i'm making better use of onedrive these days.

yet, haven't opened it....xmas present. although quick set week make sure working.

else caught between sp4 , ipp....what decision did make?
 

did see microsoft apology concerning problems have new surface tablets? better check on how long before start work well, 1 article said months......
