Transparency Issues


hi all,

purchased 2011 i5 mac mini 6630m graphics. updated directly lion el capitan, having issues. performance great, except transparency (such login screen , behind beginning screen of safari, , drop downs top.

instead of being blurred on macbook, "blocky", looks top map of mountain. can fix this?

help!
