Handbrake crashing on mkv conversions

hi,

thought throw out see if else having same issue.

osx10.11.1, handbrake 0.10.2

i've done regular dvd fix listed here.

trying convert bluray rips did using makemkv. mkv files crashing handbrake immediately, hit "start".

line in crash log catches eye "system integrity protection: enabled" (at top after "time awake..."), i'm thinking need disable sip , might work. plan on trying weekend thought post here now.

did make mkv's year ago , moved them around on drives corrupted - although did try repair permissions on current drive.

ideas welcome. thanks.
