How to recover apple ID


i'm new site , not sure if right thread or website posting figured there knowledgable people might able help.

set 2 year contract verizon wireless , put 20% down payment iphone 6s 64gb. failed purchase insurance , iphone stolen next day. whoever stole set own apple id , using lots of data. seeing if there way find out apple id without suspending account can use find iphone , have police track down. person using , i'm getting email alerts on data usage. can't afford pay phone , wanted ask suggestions on recovering apple id.
 

how did set own apple id? did have yours set on it? phone locked? did put lost mode? can contact carrier , suspend phone else wouldn't using account.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
