today went local apple store try out new magic trackpad 2 , walked out new peripheral. it's pricey (hkd988 ~usd128), first impression build quality phenomenal. thing beautiful. there lot of stock new magic trackpad 2, magic mouse 2 , magic keyboard. in store queuing iphones had plenty of time try out new trackpad. surprisingly, store unprepared force touch magic trackpad since brand new imac 27-inch there had not been configured force touch features. tried hard force touch on demo unit there wasn't force touch preview on images , links on safari. turned out trackpad setting set 3 finger tap instead of force touch. had configure myself verify force touch indeed working. touch sensitivity set lowest had touching substantial force activate force touch. overall speaking bad demo @ store due misconfiguration , staff there didn't care product. try out newer , older macs find out compatibility. enjoy pics! box after shrink wrapping

hello, i've got macbook air 13 (2012) it's starts generic ac power adapter not charging battery , magsafe led never lights... when try official power adapter; it's not turn on, it's not charging , led dont' light.... generic power adapter, i've got informations on mac : informations de l’adaptateur secteur : connecté : oui identifiant : 0x0000 révision : 0x0000 famille : 0x0000 nº de série : 0x00000000 en cours de chargement : non when try "without smc", both power adapter work... fan fast , not charging , without led on magsafe. none recognized mac, no info. sum situation : smc generic power adapter : turn on mac, don't charging official power adapter : don't turn on mac, don't charge "without smc" generic power adapter : turn on mac, don't charge official power adapter : turn on mac, don't charge magsafe led never lights. it's problem of i/o board

hi, i've bought 1 touchpad macbook pro 15" a1286, after installation seems not work perfectly. installation went smoothly. however, track pad behaves in bizarre fashion, stops tracking, , works little, mac flips out multiple keys pressed, , cursor moves on own. did meet before? how can fix situation? thx .   which mbpro have? a1286 model number shared 7 different 15-inch mbpros, late 2008 mid 2012. think each has different part number trackpad. why did need replace original trackpad? sounds trackpad connector may not seated properly. need reseat trackpad connector on logic board. trackpad , keyboard both use usb bus connection. double check seating keyboard when reseat trackpad connector. replacement trackpad used (pulled mbpro), or new (never used before)? have read few times replacing trackpad used trackpad (pulled macbook pro) may not succeed. i'm not sure if correct, f
