hi all, got watch bought specific reason, simple 1 @ that, cannot find way watch want want alarm wakes me several times during night. need haptic / vibration dont want sound. need harptic alarm go off 20 seconds , stop automatically without me having move @ all. once goes off want vibrate again every 30 minutes. heres have tried 1) multiple alarms: set several alarms in row 30 mins apart: watch vibrate long enough have tap dismiss / snooze button stop (is there anyway of restricting length of watches own alarm) 2) tried auto shut off alarm app. worked great watch vibrated once less 1 second (is there anyway herptics continue vibrating full length of alert? 3) got real funky , out of box. set normal phone ring last 20 seconds before going voicemail. means if phone rings harptic vibrations last required 20 seconds before switching off ideal. but.... means need ring me every 30 mins throughout night lol. tried looking app can automatically ring phone @

hi guys, first time posting here go easy been struggling find way of reviving 15" macbook pro mid 09 i7 after trying update latest version of el capitan not boot more. turn on, 40% of loading bar, go white screen , cut out. first port of call google f*ck out of it. these things have tried: boot in recovery mode - wont reach disk utility start in safe mode reset nvram reset smc boot in single user mode , entered fsck -fy (after few goes said ok) booting in verbose mode (mac got rather upset , came messsage saying killing cpu , shutting down in 3 seconds) none of worked went reinstall osx aproach. took hdd out , pulled off files wanted through plugging mac (which worked fine). tried doing clean install of el capitan booting through usb , pretty got same response although loads 70% before doing same thing. (white screen , turns off) tried same thing booting off external hdd - same result. tried putting el capitan installer on old hdd , plug

my 2011 13" macbook pro bought university running pretty slow, ended replacing last november 27" imac retina. macbook has been sitting in room best part of year not being used, other when backed files on external hdd. bit of project, decided i'd try ssd, wasn't using it. ordered sandisk 120gb ssd £30, , 64gb flash drive make bootable drive os - didn't need 1 space, figured come in handy - , swapped round today. can wow. macbook hdd booted in 1:30-2mins, new ssd 15secs. default apps load pretty instantly , app store's speed vast improvement though it's running off slow internet (max 8mbs). not going use intensive stuff, got imac that, general web browsing, etc. it'll great. overall pleased.   marty1990 said: ↑ my 2011 13" macbook pro bought university running pretty slow, ended replacing last november 27" imac

i have 2011 mbp 2 ghz i7 8gb ram , 130 gb free on 500 gb hard drive. i'm running 10.11.2 without noticeable issues. i've had hard drive replaced after failure few years ago , gpu repair last year. free hd space moving videos , pictures time capsule, i'd rather not if don't have to. part don't have issues computer. use internet , various classes. boots slow, don't reboot often. battery original, it's plugged in. don't travel often. i've been getting beach ball little more , "freezes" time time. due it's age, i've started kick around idea of new laptop. don't need mbp based on usage. looking @ mb air, hd doesn't seem large on those. i've considered bumping 1 tb ssd , 16 gb ram on machine. don't know if that's worth due it's age. don't keep computers of do, thought i'd toss out here advice. worth upgrading machine under $500 bucks, or i'm wasting time
