retina macbook 1.2 ghz 512 got delivered. opened package, appeared normal. fired macbook , had yosemite installed? also, 4% battery left.

under assumption these shipped el capitan installed?

no, have 2, late 2015 , 2015, both of them came yosemite, , came discharge ( assume long in warehouse)

on both pain update el capitan due app store being slow.
