Airport setup issue


hi guys.
picked airport extreme today due dead netgear r7000, , setup has gone relatively smooth. have put in isps details via pppoe can't seem work out need put vlan tag address 100. without it, can't connect isp. apple support haven't known do.
appreciated. living in stone age without wifi sucks.

you never said router directly connected isp modem! without hard answer question.

because isps using modem/router combos , might route of problem.
