Handoff apps appearing for no reason


has else had handoff appear on ios device without reason?

had numbers show in handoff on ipad bluetooth turned off , no other apple device turned on. showed document name not exist when in app switcher, , icon on lock screen.

weird part have never gotten handoff ever work when trying, gave on long time ago.
 

that part of ios 9's new proactive feature.

time time suggest app based off previous use of app day of week, time of day , location you're at.

these proactive suggestions show handoff do.
