iPod Touch 5th Generation - Yellow Tint


update on apple , infamous ipod touch (2012 model) "yellow tint" issue, referred "yellowgate" (an issue lcd displays used) in june year apple store, resolution me cough $$$$ replacement - glad didn't. btw, in australia.

complained hardware fault applecare , it's known. apple month agree replacing ipod touch same 5th generation device (at no cost me), no longer being manufactured or sold. apple confirmed these not repaired, replaced.

matter went customer relations, , again wanted supply me old model 3 years old, on hope not happen again. since not getting satisfaction, emailed formal complaint ceo of apple, , apple's legal team in cupertino via email stating take accc if no response in 10 days. apple legal got me , advised call me in relation options regarding problem.

got email apple's executive liaison sydney called me morning. despite having ipod 2 years, apple have decided give me full refund of purchase price in order can purchase new model. pays persistent.
 

didn't post similar thread few weeks back, ended saying swapped ipt5 ipt6?

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
