New to the Mac


hi, got first mac , wondering if there's free online literature can print off me navigate , best use out of os x el capitan.
done upgrade yosemite haven't done else it.
i've had iphone , ipad years i'm pretty scratch can do.
old desktop , laptops in past have been windows first time using mac don't know begin really.

help muchly appreciated!
