Stuck @ apple logo phase whenever system reboots


i have upgraded latest osx el captain in 2009 mid macbook pro

went , happy new os, until system reboots

if system restarts after new software installation, battery drains out or force restart, booting screen stuck @ apple logo phase (grey background) , not proceed afterwards.

tried different ways starting @ safe mode - disk utility - repair disk , tried resetting smc, nvram

, no hope

tried starting on safe mode , reinstall os took 4 hours (adsl 2+ connection) complete , system boot desktop usual. while installing few apps. system rebooted , ended facing same issue again (i reinstalled new os 3 times already).

have got new macbook pro 2015 , works new os x.

can me out in resolving issue

have macpro 2009. @ first installed on new disk , stuck in same screen.
yosemite disk did not boot. reinstalled 10.11 5 times same problem.
may revert back.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
