Lost All Songs/Playlists on Itunes


i had virus removed on pc hard drive , noticed on itunes songs/playlists disappeared! have ipod 16gb touch songs/playlists. question can sync itunes library using upload of songs/playlists via ipod touch? don't want lose songs on ipod experimenting sync feature appreciate recommendations experts out there on how songs/playlists restored itunes account. have songs/playlists backed on pc via sync feature. in advance input!
 

there's program i've used in past purpose called touch copy transfer music ipod nano macbook air. (https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/) believe functions both mac , pcs. perhaps work in situation?

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
