27" iMac for Lightroom, FCPX & Da Vinci Resolve


hi, i'm using mbp 13" (early 2011 i5 2,3ghz, 8gb ram, intel hd graphics 3000 512 mo, ssd 512gb). hobby lot of :
1) photo editing in lightroom (raw), i'm satisfied mbp performance
2) video rendering in fcpx (proxy format while rendering)

improve fcpx performance , use davinciresolve edit/color grading.
pictures , videos stored on external hdd (firewire).

think start 27" i5, 8gb ram... still wondering configuration choose hdd & cg
  1. ram upgraded later, 8gb ok
  2. hdd, used easy upgrades in past not sure if still case 2015 imac? (display glue???) if switch ssd.
  3. is basic cg 2gb sufficient needs? if one? (so far mbp 512 shared slow ok lot of patience...) or the 4gb indispensable?
  4. a little doubt i5... possible replace cpu later?
any input appreciated :)
 

what think refurb 27" retina late 2014 i5 3,5gh 16gb ram, ssd 512 go , cg r9 m290x 2 gb gddr5 ?

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
