Help with songs that aren't on new iPhone 6S


hey guys, having problem new iphone 6s , appreciate help.

on course of many years , many iphones have opened mp3's on mac computer , automatically went itunes. when syncing iphone songs automatically show on iphone, went on years , built many mp3's on iphone.

last year mac crashed , when replaced never started using itunes again. @ same time started backing iphone icloud.

yesterday restored new iphone 6s cloud using backup 2 weeks ago when iphone 5 destroyed, worked fine , updated correctly- except songs- disappeared!

songs have listed in "music" app bought itunes years ago. of mp3's gone. playlists empty.

thought backup of phone , music app backup songs. why didn't it? , how can songs back?
 

i bought local verizon store , sales person told me have issue - fortunately still have itunes version -however didn't songs appeared (tool long time) when did icloud resture.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
