URGENT. Is there an easy way to check a Mac for Spyware, Keylogger and Virus


my friends macbook may serious trouble.

has tried changing password on fb several times yesterday. received weird webhosting invoice regular post coming germany new york asking him pay through website. invoice seems legitimate webhosting company. went website, turned out bogus chinese language website. of course invoice if fake , never used services.

entered email there. hour later tried changing fb password.

suspecting worse. want him as can.
asked him disconnect wifi , bring macbook me.

besides obvious, such changing email logins , passwords, need thorough scan of mac malware.

ideas or hints scan spyware, keylogger , virus, plus whatever else might lurking?
 

avast mac, maybe....?
